WELLNESS

SKILL LEVEL: BEGINNER

If you’re new to jump rope and want to learn a solid foundation for your skills while losing weight, this is the program for you!

Jump Rope Wellness is a 6-week program that builds body strength, teaches all of the foundational jump rope skills, and provides a tracking system for sustainable weight loss.

If you’re new to jump rope, want to learn skills correctly from the very beginning, and want to build a system to continue your fitness goals indefinitely in the future, then yes!

What Makes You Different Than Other Jump Rope Coaches?

1) My journey began with training the highest level of efficiency as a competitive jumper (I placed top in the nation).

2) I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. This means I understand how energy systems work, the best ways to approach fat loss, and the specifics of anatomy (among a lot of other info).

3) I’m the top multidisciplinary jump rope coach. I’ve taught youth competitive jumpers, adult recreational jumpers, CrossFit enthusiasts, other jump rope coaches, and everyone in between (including some gymnastics).

FLOW & GRIND

SKILL LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE

If you’re ready to join an exclusive group of jumpers that geek out over jump rope theory, this is the program for you!

You must meet a few intermediate skills prior to beginning this course. The workouts, lessons, and discussions in this program require some foundational jump rope knowledge, as well as physical capability to maintain the frequency and intensity of workouts. We will discuss all types of single rope skills and learn how to implement Speed Step training into your jump rope repertoire.

Why Do I Have To Apply?

This program discusses very detailed jump rope concepts and includes three challenging speed workouts each week. It’s important to make sure you already know enough skills to take advantage of the lessons, and have enough physical capacity to avoid any injuries.

 

Is This Program For Beginners?

No. If you’re new to jump rope, you should check out the Jump Rope Wellness Program.

 

Can’t I Just Watch YouTube Tutorials To Learn? Why Is A Program Necessary?

You can, and you might pick up the same concepts within 2-5 years of jumping. But you’ll unknowingly build up bad habits that will block you from further skill progression later down the road. You can undo this, but it takes a lot of time and causes frustration.

There’s also so much more to jump rope beyond individual skills. When you learn the theory (and learn it properly), the possibilities with your jump rope grow infinitely.

2) I’m the top multidisciplinary jump rope coach. I’ve taught adults in a variety of jump rope disciplines, and through experience know how to break down complex topics into actionable, easy-to-understand lessons
