Body crosses are skills where one or both hands cross around the jumper’s torso.
Leg crosses are skills where one or both hands are placed under a jumper’s leg while jumping upright with one leg off the floor.

Ground crosses are skills where one of both hands cross around the jumper’s knees with both feet on the floor.

These skills are more advanced types of crosses which encorporate one or several body, leg or ground crosses.
